    Understanding Pellicori and Faurlin

I do read that because Pellicori has not set the world alight in about the 70 odd minutes he has played for QPR, the deal is somhow kind of dodgy?? You have to laugh.

Yet, with Faurlin because he has done well, no-one wishes to question the signing. Its nothing more than one working and the other signing not working, nothing untoward, but if you believe the critics of Pellicori (who have not even seen him play), then we have bought a complete dud?? If they had gone pre-season or gone to the reserves, you would see he has not done too bad.

I suspect he will go back to Italy in January, but to indicate some kind of dodgy deal is ludicrious and instead of offering biased views, why don't you just prove it, instead of talking in innuedo. These people probably drove Helguson out the door, spurting rubbish about him being unfit, because at the time he was not scoring, but it suited a political agenda. Now, he is making you look rather silly, because he cannot stop scoring for Watford.

pete helguson couldnt play for us end of. he loves watford and tries harder for some reason. It would be like me playing for chelsea i wouldnt try as hard as if i played for qpr.

Plus at the end of the day pete if pellicori is good enough, why isnt he in the first team. We DONT pick the team , jim does. Not as if he comes and reads everyones opinion on here. We dont see what happens on the training ground. He clearly isnt up to standard or else would be playing first team football. speaks for itself

Pellicori moved about as far as I do when I play football these days at Donny. I have certainly seen more mobile lamp posts.

Don't know about 'dodgy' as in nearly illegal, but he certainly appears to be 'dodgy' in terms of what did anyone signing him actually saw in him (apart from being cheap of course...).

I think you will find there were loads of questions asked about Faurlin's transfer. i.e fee, who found him etc so dont think he has been overlooked

Making plenty "look silly", including you... who said (on here) that he "couldn't hit a barn door".

                    Moving on....

Agree about Pellicori though - just to prove I'm not digging you out for the sake of it. etc...
Nothing dodgy about him, just not quite good enough, a bit too slow, and nothing ventured-nothing gained.
He's not being forced onto Magilton, and into the 1st team... so no problem there.

I saw him in all the pre season games he played in except abroad!...

From what i saw in pre season he looked alright, maybe a decent goal poacher, but, in saying that i was never overly confident in what i saw!..But, i gave him the benefit of the doubt...

The when he played in that league game he just looked terrible, its his speed that gets to me, players will play him a decent ball but he is unable to get there, the move broke down, and we didnt get in on goal!

Im sorry to put the guy down, but if we want premiership football, Pellicori isnt the answer!...

Faurlin is class imo......He has a massive future with us, and i wish he wasnt JM first casualty when things arnt quite going to plan!!...

end of the day, both players were a risk. One has worked and the other has it all to prove, but for some trying to suggest something underhand, maybe they should back it up, instead of talking rubbish.

Pellicori won't be here for 3 years, its that simple.
