He tinkered against doncaster to accomodate Reid, hopefully lessons have been learn't.

To a certain extent he was forced into that with the injury to Mahon. Thats about all I could say in JM's defence. Although I do wonder how much tinkering he would have done without losing Rowlands, Watson and Mahon to injury/suspension. Then again, that's when a decent manager must show his worth.

Whatever, Tarabbt is most effective on the left wing skinning people and making chances for himself and others, likewise the same is true for Routledge. The two people built to play in the hole is Vine or Buzz IMO.
