Simpson can only play 60mins upfront on his own because it is bl oody hard work running around like a headless chicken. He needs support your Pellican man is sh it and I worked that out the 1st time I saw him. Its tuff i admit to have to pick 4 out of adel, watson, reid, faurlin, buzsaky, routledge....
But its a good problem to have, simpson didnt have enough support against donny which is why imo best from coventry would be a good signing....

for starters Simpson doesn't come into it as he's our only decent forward

the midfield should be Watson or Reid Buz Routledge & Taarabt when Rowley & Mahon are back then the manager has a great headache picking 4 out of that lot

then Simpson & shall we say Beckford (just as a name of course)

if their not performing they don't get in the team, simples

you don't play midfielders up front, unless your a club like ours & you haven't got anyone decent to play up front with Simpson, so we've got to play a midfielder, i wonder if that's why we haven't bothered with a forward, to "save face" Ermmm now there's a thought!!!

it's not just what players do on the pitch, it's all about competition & at the moment we don't have any up front, so lets play a midfielder there!!!

Taarabt was dropped on saturday and we still didn't play another forward cant see us changing the system for a while even though it's dying out for another forward.

if i knew the right fomula i wouldn't be messing on a MB but i'd be the manager of QPR

personally i'd go for Routledge..Buz..Fraulin..Taarabt as the midfield

then 2 up top (as long as their both forwards)
