paulo was not given enough time, given a season or 2 he would evolve a better style of play.francis and venables started by making the defense secure and grinding out results just like paulo.it is no coincidence that we are shipping more goals this season

i had never been so depressed in all my time watching qpr then when sousa was in charge. IF he was in charge still i wouldnt have renewed my season ticket.

I said a lot of people underestimate Sousa, he was never given a chance and was given so little time to perform a miracle.

So thats two managers now, Holloway & Sousa.

100% Jim, i believe in 5 to 10 yard passing football :boss:
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Bit of a no brainer really and for that a bit of a pointless thread.

Both managers are doing far better than expected this year .. so far

who is doing better ? Jim has far better players at his disposal so he should have his team higher, Paulo has a better defence as you would expect as this is the only way the players he has can compete, so both doing really well bringing out their players strengths

but as much as I really do not like the way Paulo was treated and feel he could have been really good for us, if one of them stops doing better than expected I really hope its Paulo

id take a boring 1-0 with Sousa in charge rather than the pretty looking ineffective stuff it sounded like we played today at Donny......dont get any points for a pretty passing game Jim, we have to get the ball in the net....you nob

And if he'd still been here this season and we'd have won all our games 1-0, nobody would be complaining either.

He's blossoming into a good manager, and after the disgraceful way he was treated down here last season, I'm delighted to see it. Be perfectly happy if he got Swansea promoted, as long as it isn't at our expense.
                    Well said.
