If he was fully match fit etc, he would be a cracking signing, hes a premiership player without doubt.
However his injury record is a concern and the fact it looks like a 1 month loan means by the time he gets up to fitness he will probably be back at Blackburn.Comment

He's ok as cover... and that's all he is. Wont sign permanently, so not too bothered about him.
Good player - 75% fit.
It's what we do in january that matters, I think this is just being safe and plugging gaps until then.
