They are receiving the Freedom of the Borough on the 26th November if you are about and wanted to come to the reception etc?

            The squaddies are coming

Just spoke to the Welfare office of the Royal Fusiliers and offered any of the lads a lift who live in the Woking area.

Spoke first to a lady called Karen, then to a NCO called Tim

They would be grateful for any help.

As of yet they haven't made any arrangements for getting to and from the game

Got the info of the MoD web site, I phoned the number for the barracks, the switchboard gave me the Welfare office number.

Just spoke to the welfare office again, they asked us not to use the email address, but to use facebook instead.

They use this email address for purely welfare issues and don't want it clogged up with offers of lifts etc.
