I think he deserves a bit of credit, afterall he has been playing in the last 3 games where we have scored 12 only conceding 3, he has made a good contribution to the side so far so well done and good luck to him.

Yeah he is def improveing, i still think he needs to do more to stop crosses coming into our area. In saying that a couple of times against derby one in particular he did well when one on one...
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Sousa is a very defensive manager - Swansea have only let in 2 goals in their last 8 games.
Whatever people think of Paulo Sousa... he knows a good defender when he sees one.

Borrowdale is a good footballer, but an average defender.

"Average" is a step up from what he was a few weeks ago. (As a DEFENDER)
But whatever peoples opinion of Borrowdale - it's not good that we don't have any cover for him.
I don't think he'd be in the team now if Connelly hadn't fallen ill. And when(?) Connelly recovers - I don't think Borrowdale will be first choice for too long after that.

No, I think he was spot on. Average player - he and Ramage don't look good enough for the rest of our team. He's not terrible, he just isn't that great.

Don't expect everyone to agree, but hopefully, that's a fair summing up.

Unfortunately you don't win games by being tight at the back you need to score goals to win games & Sousa neither done that at Rangers or is he doing it at Swansea...was delighted we ditched him...and yes Scott he was wrong..Delaney was a liability at the back Borrowdale looks assured.

he is ok when we are attacking but gets caught out defensivly. he is ok for the time being but a replacement is needed if we are to go up.

Borrowdale has improved no end BUT still can't head a ball and yet to come up against a team with any decent wide men.

                  Fingers crossed his improvement continues.

I agree he's no roberto carlos or ashley cole, granted, however he is doing a good job at the moment until the transfer window opens.

I think it is as we're looking at another player in a argentinian left back (or so we were linked too), so it sounds like we are thinking of improving that position..

I think he is in the top 3 passers in our team. I don't think we should underestimate how important it is to have defenders who pass well, if we want to play this type of football. Him and Gorkss are excellent at that, but Borrowdale, his passing is superb.

Yeah a bit more pace would be good, but if he had that he'd be in the Premier League now.

i think even more important to a team is to have two full backs that can defend. our weak link at the moment imo
