    Play off final

Just been watching highlights leading up to our play off final win over derby and noticed the gulf in class of the squad then compared to our current team just sums up why we are in the position we are now.
The amount of experience and quality we had in that squad is totally different to what we have now which I didn't really appreciate at the time.
All over the park players such as hill, Dunne, Simpson, Barton, benayoun, kranjcar , hoillett, Phillips, Ravel, Austin , bobby and many more just condems how far we have fallen and how much work we have to do to get back to that sort of level.
Put it all into perspective really.

I wouldn't say Holloway is to blame he can only do what he can with the resources he's got , unfortunately in football these days you've got to spend money to succeed , which is something we aren't doing even though we have some of the richest owners backing us . You've got to speculate to accumulate

FFP has hit us hard. That is one the reasons why our owners have to be prudent with their money. Regarding Olli; he should have been able to organise and set up our team way better, imo. But sure, I hope we win today. C`mon, QPR.

Winning via play offs was great but just shows what average job Harry done as that squad should have gone up automatically

No comparison in the money spent. As Westie said that squad really should have done a Newcastle and won the league at a canter. The fact it stumbled over the line speaks volumes about harry

That would have saved me thousands of dollars! Seriously though you can't put a price tag on that excitement when against all odds Zamora scored that improbable winner! To the Original Posy, yes, been saying this for some time, we lack quality all over the pitch hence the position we're in!

TF was getting it wrong then as well. Instead of shaking Harry's hand and giving him a lovely little watch post play off, within half an hour he had confirmed him for next year. Which turned out well.....

We won that match despite Harry and not because of. He was even about to fvck up the substitution. A lit bit of football suss won us that, and it didnt come from Harry.

Derby were the better team on the day, they were a young team who looked destined to be promoted the following season, it may well happen (belatedly) this year for them.

It was such a surreal day, that was supposed to be a new Dawn for us. It has turned out to be our last hurrah!
