Who has gone onto better things

Who has, in the TF era, gone onto better things after a stint at QPR?

Name a player, manager or staff member that is doing much better after being involved with this club.

Point of the thread is, has this club, in recent years, tainted people? Is there a time limit if gone over, there is no coming back? Better in a footballing sense, judge that by whatever means you wish.
