This is not an Ollie out thread but interested to hear where you think we have improved since his return, where we have got better or advanced under him

Over a year has past and the high tempo Football has gone and passion on pitch dwindled and those were the two noticeable areas where there was improvement

What else has he brought to the table and sustained?? I’m struggling to think of any areas he’s made us better and I mean that genuinely

Polter was decent got way more stick then he deserved. If it was choice between him or Washington/Smith I would choose him
