Think the owners have been influenced by too many managers/players not giving a flying #### about QPR - they know that despite his tactical shortcomings Ollie will fight tooth and nail for the club

Their massive financial cockups could potentially ruin us for donkeys years to come, so having people like Les&Ollie who care about the club running it is crucial to them

We have to give them time to turn the club back round, without constantly moaning and changing managers when the reults and football are crap

In short, I reckon he's here for at least this season and probably next (barring relegation)

Have to agree with this. Reality is we haven't spent any money and we have a very ordinary squad. I am just happy to stay up this year and that should be claimed as a mini success

I don't believe Herts is saying that.
Most including myself are aware of Ollies short comings.
But as stated above, the club has been burned by mercenaries for years now and TF wants people around that he knows are here because they care more about the club than just lining their pockets before moving on.
