He needs to be moved to save our club as another drop would have serious consequences.

FFP goes away if we get promoted. Should get reimbursed for not spending enough and getting relegated.

Not sure if anyone noticed in the interview he gave after the Brentford game. When he was saying that they were shouting "you're getting sacked in the morning". I'm sure his words were something like "and that lot saying you're getting sacked in the morning. Absolutely no chance".
He thinks he's untouchable, absolutely deluded and blinkered smug fukker

he was given the job, because drossball jimmy was failing in meeting our target of playoffs.

hollowhead himself stated in the fans forum a couple of weeks ago that his target was to be within touching distance of the playoffs come january.

Should be no need for a discussion on this as his way of managing and results make the decision very easy.

Read before the game that the Leeds keeper doesn’t like crosses and got dropped after the Sheffield Wed game as he dropped a couple. Wednesday have the highest number of crosses in the division and we are the second highest.

So the tactical genius that is Holloway decides to play no wingers and therefore no crosses.

The keeper showed how bad he was at the end of the game yet we didn’t test once before that.

Simply 1 point out of 18 and that came from a fluke is not good enough ! After 2 similar runs last season, I stick by we won’t go down whether he stays or goes, just, but any other manager would have been gone by now.

If we sack Ollie - Les will bring in Someone like Tim Sherwood imo.

Won't cost nothing and one of his buddies!!

I love that Ollie has installed some fighting spirit in this team and I do think he's resorted some pride in wearing the shirt and maybe that is what we needed over the last year.
However passion aside his tactical nous is lacking and we are edging closer to the bottom 3.

I don't think our team is amazing but I believe we should be comfortably mid table. Ollies team selections and tactical changes during a game just leave dumbfounded at times and it's costing us vital points.

However the problem at QPR is deeper than Ollie and it goes right to the top. Most of us would all agree Ollie was a bizarre appointment and to me it just indicated that Fernandes and co don't give a flying f*** anymore.

Running the club on a shoe string budget which means Ollie ain't going nowhere. Spunked 100 million plus while in the prem and we haven't even got a competitive championship team with a decent manager to show for it.

This lot are not going to put their hands in their pocket again to sort this mess out and we need that more than anything. Worrying times!
