Not saying get rid of Bircham as think he has important role to play but it’s clear to me as a duo him and Ollie don’t work.

Ollie is clueless tactically but if he had someone by his side who’s strength is that and who he can sound things off In build up to and during games do you think that would help and would you cut him more slack

Don't actually know how much he'd listen to a strong Assitant Manager anyway. Ollie has a huge ego, and always has to be right. Not saying he's the only bloke in the world to be that way, I'm sure a lot of other managers possess the same trait. Just not a great trait to have when you are also wrong most of the time!
