What is the rationale, today, for keeping Ollie on the job? We are looking like a tactical mess, the quality of play has gone further south, the player selections are generally odd and always inconsistent, the fans are starting to rebel against him personally for his personal attacks on them, and his record as manager sucks. What am I missing here? More importantly, what is TF missing here to make the decision? The only complicating factor is the DOF who can’t avoid the full brunt of this run of misfortune.

Based on season so far we would finish on 48 points which last season would have got us relegated. We won our first three home games. Since then home form been ropey and away form dire so looking likely we will finish on less than that. Keeping Pollie worst possible thing we could do.

1 win in 19 away games is truly shocking. Is there a manager in the football league with a record that bad? Just how bad does it have to get?

We are 23rd in form table over last 10 games. Scored 7 and conceded 17. Our home form over last 8 home games is 19th and 21st over same number of away games.

100% agree with the circus that Fernandes has overseen since he took over and while still here will continue to go further and further away from where he found us. Surely someone on the board must have enough sense to say this is not good enough.
