Yep. They've stopped the emergency loan system too now. Only avenue for new players is picking up an unattached one.

i get that we need to generate money to keep the club afloat but dont go saying one thing, do another thing and then moan that fans are moaning
It is entirely feasible that the club got the money in from ST sales but the agents and clubs of the targets identified wanted more than the funds generated.

Especially after the fees exploded recently...I mean £7.5m for Sone Aluko....

As much as we all love him, and even though we didn't bring anyone in to shore up the back end, I think it would be a backward step.

Rather Clint than nedum if my life depended on it
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not sure how close he is to hanging his boots up, nor how well advanced his coaching badges are, but he'd maybe keep Curtis Fleming on his toes - which could only be good

Looked awful at Brentford, went with some Plymouth fans and they were making out he was our best player taking the mick!

Dare to say it, but how good is our defence .
Really like Baptiste, Clints back, Neds nowhere near as bad as made out to be on here. Robinson finally looks a player in that position.
                  Bidwells very steady,
Perch and Hall are both good players as well.
Oh and Lynch and Furlong . (Not mentioning Caulker)
We have got strength in abundance.

Still look like we'll leak a goal per game though.

We have had a couple of screamers against us that ruined our clean sheets.

Defence doesn't excite me but should in theory be solid enough at this level. It is our midfield options I like. That is what differentiates us against a lot of our competitors. If we can be consistently reasonably solid at the back and adequate up front we have top 10 potential.

Well 1 from Ipswich. Take Norwich's screamer out and we still let in another.

Saturdays was a bit of a solo special that i couldnt blame anyone for.

Could see it was going in as soon as it left his boot. Cracking goal.

Smithies got a touch to it and couldn't stop it. Great strike. Funnily enough they did the same last season when we beat them 2-1 at home, Tom Lawrence scored a cracker.
