Don't know but either way if you want a decent manager you offer proper money. You know what happens if you don't? You end up sacking them & paying them millions of pounds for nothing, a la Hughes and the other 50 who've managed us.

He could well be most of the problem.

Our problems post 2010 arose from when TF took over though, in the summer transfer window. Signing the likes of Joey and SWP on big wages.

I still believe he wants to do well by us (if only till he can get this housing project sold off), but I can't see us getting it right till it's shaken down from the top. Sad to say. protesting it and baying for blood would be like shooting a puppy in the face.

If the guys in charge had any sense, they would be preparing P45's for Ollie, Les and Birch right now and would be on the blower to Gary Monk discussing his deal.........Unfortunately they don't have any sense and we'll probably let another decent, available manager pass us by and we'll persevere with Holloway!

Cant see him leaving Leeds.

However, if he is to become available and we dont grab hold of him then there is something fundamentally wrong with this football club.

He's probably the most promising young manager in the division and after this seasons performance, anyone that thinks Ollie can do a better job is clueless.

Give him the funds, get rid of Les, do whatever needs to be done to get hold of him. Grow some balls and make some big decisions, theres no excuses.
