People will say that about anyone who comes reasonably cheap. Probably the same people who were crying out for us to stop wasting money and sign some players from the lower leagues a few seasons back.

if we can make 2mil on ngkboto and petrasso, take 500k off the wheeler signing.

including the bowler, doherty and gladwin sales, thats 3.5 mil available on transfers that ollie has freed up.

if he is allowed to spend that on a good defender and striker then its good biz.

We need a striker in,and the kid from Linfield won't be playing in the 1st team for some time (just in case you mention him)
