  • 2017/18 Transfer rumour and twitter thread.

Seeing as we made a signing today, i thought it best to start this thread early.

Teenage striker Aramide Oteh has been given a one-year contract by QPR.

The 18-year-old joined the R’s on work experience from Tottenham earlier in the season and was then given a short-term deal at Loftus Road after being released by the north London club.

Rangers have also extended Ilias Chair’s contract after he impressed since his move to west London.

Need Diane Abbott in charge of transfers. 10,000 new players and only £300,000 spent.

Wouldn't say we need an awful lot. More tinkering
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Depends what our ambitions are, avoid another relegation battle and we need to add just a few I would think, any ambitions for a top half or play off challenge would definitely need a good few million spent.

Still waiting for that striker JJB spoke of in January. The ink must be just about dry on that deal

According to the Football League Paper, Fred Onyedinma is a primary summer target for Queens Park Rangers after an impressive campaign with League One play-off challengers Millwall.

A speedy 20-year-old winger given his senior bow by Ian Holloway in 2014, Onyedinma impressed during The Lions’ prowl to the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Phil Parkinson’s League One runners-up, Bolton Wanderers, could do with signing Fred Onyedinma to provide added creativity, but QPR stand in their way. Though Bolton...

Some will say that he is "fast"... some will say that he is "good".... all we know is that he's another "League One" player!

Just what we need another winger. Why not throw in a keeper as well.

Meanwhile, Karl Henry, whose contract is also due to expire, will be leaving after four years at Rangers.

Henry, 34, has not played since December, when he was told he had no future at the club following a fall-out with manager Ian Holloway

this is just a hunch from me but i have a feeling we will go after that fella from rotherham. tried to get him in january but they wanted too much.

now he is a free agent, i would guess we will be back in for him.
