Not even mental strength. The guy is just an idiot. You can have all the footballing ability in the world but if you have an IQ of 70 and have had a terrible upbringing (which I've read that he clearly did), you most likely aren't going to have the life skills to cut it at the highest level. To be fair, Alex Ferguson is rarely wrong about a player and he called this guy perfectly when he let him leave Manchester United.
