That is a truly shocking record for a referee. Why has the game become so non contact. Probably 80% of yellow cards these days could easily just be given as a free kick but sadly common sense doesn't work as much these days. That is why i liked much of the referee's performance during the Newcastle away game. He was prepared to let players challenge properly for the ball although should have sent off Shelvey for his blatant kick out at Mackie.

I will be well surprised if he shows less than 3 yellows each tomorrow
