We'll be fine. We play ok football and will come good. If we would have won this one as we should have, the same people talking about relegation now would have talked about promotion instead.

This, but people on here don't want to see it that way,,because Ollie loves this club.Originally posted by Fordy View PostIt's worrying. We've lost 9 out of Holloways 15 games since he's been here. That's relegation form and can't beat the teams around us. I think we will survive but facts are its not looking good.
He threw the game away last week against Burton, and he should have changed the side today to attack Blackburn a bit more with Smith in attack and a midfielder in midfield rather than Perch (who should have played at RB in place of Furlong).

Should we forget about the three good performances against Reading, Fulham and Newcastle then?Originally posted by stanistheman View PostThis, but people on here don't want to see it that way,,because Ollie loves this club.

No doubt. Well on top according to comms. They'd have folded. But, as Del said on the match thread, we had to put them to the sword way earlier.Originally posted by Kevin Mcleod View PostI honestly reckon we would of gone on to win convincingly if our goal we legitimately scored had been given and we had not been cheated.
Disgusting.

I think that over the season the decisions probably even out. One of the problems is the way the games are planned. Why were we playing two away games within a matter of four days. I know this happens to all teams but this is why the results often seem strange. The main problem is not particularly losing to the teams around us (which doesn't help) but not playing well at home. The fans need to improve the atmosphere at home so we again become a team which other teams fear when they some to Loftus Road.

Good point caps and those results were great efforts but we played form of football that suited playing on break as we knew they would take game to us. When we face likes of Blackburn etc think we need find plan B where we drive the game. From some the stats banded about we may well have done that but do we need three holding MF against Blackburn and Burton?Originally posted by CroydonCaptainJack View PostShould we forget about the three good performances against Reading, Fulham and Newcastle then?
Think we have players now which make us well good enough to take out the likes of Blackburn going forwards and hope we will see that soon

Played well in those games and the selection for example v Burton meant the manager made a mistake as the energy was lost. New recruits will certainly help with us going to win games rather than nicking them on the break. Morrison is key to that as a bit of magic can lead us to a win rather than a scrappy loss.
