I think the point is most wouldn't want him at 3m quid. On a free transfer and an 18 month contract, I'd be right behind it!

Once you reach his age your legs start going and you start to lose pace.Very expensive gamble. They should stick to Icelandic strikers.

Buying players who are taking a step down in their career is seldom a wise move. Don't wan't us to be his last big paycheque.

I would take him for 3 mil. cheap in my opinion, he would help keep us uo with ease and then would be a decent winger for a promotion push hopefully next season

How many wingers kept their pace until 35? He is at best going to be a one season wonder which we don't need. Not a position we are struggling in and for 3 million we can put that to a position such as striker or bringing in a playmaker.

He would undoubtedly be a good signing. But £3m is too much imo.
