Too many on here judging Furlong on what they saw of him 2 years ago in the Premier League. He was never ready to be thrown in against the likes of Alexis Sanchez and you can't judge him on those performances. From what I've heard he's developing into a very good player so I hope the fans give him a chance and don't get on his back!

He was raw when he was in the team first time around and I hope he has improved defensively which would mean we have a decent prospect.

He looked ok for the first 20 minutes of each game he played under Ramsay, just fell apart way too quickly.

Not at palace that day he didn't got ripped to bits from minute 1 by Zaha & Bolaise , must say jury out on him though like Doughty if they are good enough they would've been in regular by considering our state of affairs,

I really don`t like the idea of letting him start today. Kermogant is maybe the best player in the CC, atm. I understand why he is being brought back, but In this match I would like us to play Ned at RB instead.

Thats my take on him too, but hopefully his time at Swindon might have improved his game. On second thoughts, it didnt do much for Gladwin.

Come on Dave much better full.backs than Darnell have been torn apart with ease by Bolasie and Zaha. Clean slate for him in the Championship?
