    Getting QPR men in

I was a big fan and great believer in this post the Mark Hughes era. Idea being to get people in who care and understand what qpr is all about. But it is the biggest load of rubbish ever isn't it? Maybe we should just get people in with experience and ability to do their jobs?

Your spot on its competence that should matter not who you played for or supported as a kid

If only we didn't give Hughes so much money we wouldn't be in this position

        Terrible terrible mistake.

It's great bringing in people who care about the club....less so when they simply can't perform their jobs properly. Enthusiasm and passion count for nothing without competence and aptitude to complement them.

Pity TF knew nothing about running a football club and gave Hughes all that money to buy over the hill money grabbers

Agreed and who is to blame for that?

Couldn't agree more. All this getting qpr men in is a load of ######. No other team does it. Get in the right people for the job couldn't give a fark who they support or who they played for

Holloway's idea of "loving up" the players is clearly not working. Whilst restoring confidence is paramount, there needs to be a clear idea that the team are playing for their Rangers careers
