Heard today we have recalled them both and they played their last game for Swindon today. Can anyone confirm?

Yep they've been recalled and by the sounds of it are ollie type players. Im not sure if swindon had to play in the last round of the fa cup and played doughty and furlong but hopefully not as the fa cup game against blackburn is a perfect place to test them out

ah that's a shame, oh well, hopefully they get their chance soon! i don't think anyones really cemented their place in the in the team atm aside from the obvious so they both have a good chance to make it.

tbh i'm most interested to see what doughty does when he's back as by all accounts he was one of swindon's key players. he has a good attitude from what i remember a few seasons ago where he was told to lose weight to get a sniff at the first team and he ended up losing well over a stone during the off season. hope they both really grab their chance with both hands and good luck to them both!
