Unless u a top top manager I don't know why clubs give managers more than 6 month contracts as chances are they be gone by then.

Have to say very very shrewd move by Ollie getting a 2.5 yr deal.

There you go again Pinkie. The thought behind it was JFH was only on a 12 month rolling so 2.5 yrs was very shrewd. You are getting very biring with 3 game bit all the time.

Giving a young manager like JFH a 12 month rolling contract and Ollie a 2.5 year contract, should be all the proof anyone needs about what a shambles our owners are.

Love our owners for all they have done to try and make this club a success, but i cant deny that point is so true.

JFH had never managed at Championship level. Holloway has managed that level AND above.

That 12 month rolling is so normal now.
                      Should of stuck to it.
Especially with a bloke who aint had a job for ages and his last one was such a diasaster.

Pretty sure he didn't have a 12 month rolling contract with SKY.

TBF, the only contracts I've ever been intrested in is those of players you want to keep at the club / make some dough out of.

You can't make an argument over my statement Mush, it's ludicrous on so many levels that could fill 3 paragraphs.
