Of course we do but it is very underwhelming appointment on the back of 4 straight defeats. We really are going back to basics when you think of the coaches we have had in recent times, McClaren, Hoddle, Blackwell etc we now nick Hartlepool assistant manager. Let's hope he has immediate effect and matches Ollys enthusiasm and we start to turn it around.
