Whoever we get, it would surely have to be someone willing to work with the current squad, rather than him insisting on yet another overhaul.

We don't need a overhaul of the club. I personally think we have some useful players at this level. However I still think we need to find the right balance in January if we back the manager.
We can still be a top championship club if we went and spent some decent money on 2 or 3 quality players.

Paul Clement would fit the bill. Knowing that he has worked at Real Madrid and now Bayern Munich, I think he is one of quite few candidates who will held his own under a DOF. Kevin Phillips or a German/Spanish Coach as his number 2 would be nice.
On a second note, he is a coach by profession so I think he can work wonders with the Squad we already have.
