Had a couple of looks and, when I did my referees badge there had to be intent when a foul happens. That penalty was dangerous play with accidental contact which should be an indirect free kick not a penalty.

Never a pen, lifted his foot up slightly but didn't make contact, fortunately for Fulham Mason already had the whistle in his mouth waiting for anything he could give.
