I'd say it's better to be realistic about the expectations with the squad as it currently is.
Fully anticipating a struggle and bottom half finish before things start to get better.

Managed that last season with three different managers, so it would hardly be an achievement to replicate it again..

No, we can have as many under 21 players as we like plus a 25 man squad of which 10 must be home grown.
