Assuming that bottom bracket is for the winner of Group F, who will play one of Belgium/Ireland/Sweden
Croatia to play one of Slovakia, Belgium/Ireland/Sweden, Any of the teams from group F
Wales likely to play Northern Ireland.
Yeah, I know which side of the draw I'd rather us be on.
Cheers Roy.

>This is the problem when you expand a tournament You can end up with two ridiculously unbalanced brackets !!!

Roy looked at this game as a last chance to see exactly what he's got and who holds there nerve before the big boys. Clyne was brilliant and a good cover for walker. Clever man Roy , he knows the better teams won't put 11 in defence . We should be confident of semis at least .Ooh northern lads love gravy

Either side of the draw has a game that pitches a group winner v a runner up, a game of runner up v runner up, and two games of winner v thirdOriginally posted by Hubble View PostI don't understand how Italy get Spain. Shouldn't they be getting a 3rd place team, like all the other group winners? Why are they the only ones to get a 2nd placed team?
Dont like the format, and if you're Italian you'd be fuming about the way it's worked out

kanes had his breather along with a good few others. Woy won't make many changes at knockout stage. Our lads are more than capable , just need a bit of luck like all who've won it before.Originally posted by Norths View PostSeems he's still none the wiser

Kane doesn't fill me with confidence at this level, nor does Roy's obsession with Jack Wheelchair at any cost. Clearly not match fit but still Roy had to find a way to play him. I think the side that started the second half v Wales is the one for me. Although having seen Clyne play yesterday, it's amazing we have two such talented RBs, shame we can't play them both!

Ah thank for explaining that Norths. Totally unfair IMO. The Italians and Spaniards must both be gutted to be playing each other, as am I, I want to see both of them in the latter stages, not bloody Wales.Originally posted by Norths View PostEither side of the draw has a game that pitches a group winner v a runner up, a game of runner up v runner up, and two games of winner v third

Yeah only 4 3rd place teams go through hubs mate and with there being 6 group winners means 2 will play runners up. Unlucky Italy really. I'm liking my little wager on Belgium more and more as the tournament progresses. (Cue a Belgium loss tomorrowOriginally posted by Hubble View PostI don't understand how Italy get Spain.
