What a moment that Sturridge goal was. Went absolutely mental. Love it.

Agreed, I see so much potential in an attack of Rashford, Vardy and Sturridge. Two players who love to cut in and Vardy will never stop chasing.

Really liking the look of Rashford for England.

Kane and Sterling have been so disappointing. It's time Vardy and Sturridge come in for them now.

I'm still waiting for Alli's tournament to start too - think he's under-performed so far, especially today.

Both full-backs have been magnificent especially Walker; and Rooney is becoming our own Pirlo.

Have to say Rooney has been a revelation in midfield...

Great win, always going to be tough playing a home nation. Dont matter how shite they are its always tougher. Exactly like a league derby. - (a bit like a big club like Chelski, dont exactly look 100% playing against us)...

Anyway, going on 1st performances Hodgson got the starting 11 against Ruski spot on and we looked to be 1 of the best in the competition... going into todays game rightly so RH picked a unchanged team. We lacked goals, RH chanched it at half time with spot on subs (to make up for the poor subs against Ruski). And bang, we win happy days! Reckon thatll set us up nice for Monday.
              SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Wilshere, Vardy and Sturridge in for Kane,Alli,Sterling against the Slovaks for me.
Vardy starting more on the left with Sturridge up top. Wouldn't fancy seeing studge on the right, having to track back against Weiss.

Just praying Sterling never ever plays for England again.

Yes, on current form Wilshere in for Alli definitely.

I'd play Rashford ahead of Lallana too.

I dont see a problem with his character, doesnt come across as bad, just severely lacking in confidence.
I hope Pep can rebuild him over the course of the next season. Trouble is, he's a millionaire now compared to that teen that broke onto the scene under Rodgers. Will he want it enough.

                          Risky.
Lallana offers a nice balance and works hard. Two good games from him so far, imo.
                          Rashford supersub.

On Kane, his tournament is resembling his last one for the u21s - he looks knackered.

Right here, right now in this competition, not for me. To much of a liability. He's the only 1 player 1 would change from our starting 11.

Im in favour of droping him, just dont understand the hate he seems to attract for non football reasons.
Was a complete liability today. Said as much on my twitter account.

We are through no matter what though now anyway ain't we?
Could lose by a rangers under 11s scoreline and we are still through yeah?
