People seem to be getting carried away. Not overly impressed by that video, especially given any Rangers action is in the Scottish 2nd tier... blimey my son's under 10's played a similar standard this season.

As for using certain tricks...not sure it's disrespectful, but I'm more interested in whether it actually came off and was a benefit for the team or failed and lost them possession. The "flick" in that vid was the latter so in the end just made him look a bit stupid imo.

Looks decent running with the ball, but Spurs reserves and Scottish 2nd tier are no barometer for the Championship whatsoever. If he comes on the cheap and has the right attitude then he could prove to be a good signing after some time and development, but I can't imagine he'd hit the ground running in the first team personally.

Actually, you'll find that he should have had a penalty following from that flick in the video, ref made a poor call not giving it. Here's the full clip, apologies for the random long intro, not my video...

Although Grant Hall seemed to have found this level no problem.

The plus with adel was he had strength to go along with his ability. This kid looks like a streak of pi ss. That flick didn't work and championship players would want to break his legs trying it.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Talk about rose tinted specs.... it wasn't a penalty because he lost the ball trying the flick, then blatantly fouled the defender pulling him round completely from behind and in the process of the player falling to the ground he fell over him. If you honestly think that was a penalty, you are very much deluded.

I didn't say he wouldn't, in fact I said with some time and development he could be a very good signing if he has the right attitude. But I stand by the fact that because he looks decent against rubbish opposition, it's certainly no guarantee.

Del is spot on. Nasser you can't give penalty's when a player has lost total possession of the ball. I know you're good with stats but it's a little lack of understanding the game behind your computer unfortunately.

The Scottish second tier is an agricultural league in football terms and not exactly the place for someone with skills and talent to flourish. He looks like a talent who needs a good coach and team to work with. We can't see the future, but the lad clearly has potential.

Hmmm. Never heard of this dude but looks like he has a bit of talent about him.

If he's got the right attitude and its not a bank breaker, absolute no brainer for me, a player to savour.
