Pearson makes our job a bit more difficult

Just been appointed Derby manager descent squad with a good manager that won't allow them to bottle it this year IMO

Good manager and surprised Villa didn't snap him up.

We won't know for a few months if JFH was a mistake or not imo. I want to give him the summer and see if he does build this predominantly British squad and also implement this high intensity style of playing and see where that gets us come Xmas sort of time.

Just to clarify that I do think that JFH is a good manager and will make us a good club

However it will take 3 - 5 years ....with Pearson we would be play offs at least...immediatley

So thats Derby Newcastle Villa and Norwich guaranteed promotion there going to have to change the rules

Well we'll watch with interest, but he's got a good start with a settled team, we haven't yet, so hard to compare

Which we are in no way ready for and would get relegated immediately and set ourselves back even further. We need to build a proper squad and it won't happen overnight

Just seems like everyone is basing their opinion of him on keeping Leicester up last season. What about his managerial career that went before. This Derby side were supposed to walk the league this season and bottled it same will happen next season in my view;squad don't have the mental strength to cope under pressure and until that's addressed they will stop in this league

Yes agreed but how long will this all take buying league 1 players

We are falling behind more and more each season this goes on

I would rate us at only mid table again this year ...league is getting harder

They didn't impress when they came to Loftus Road.

Nobody knows what our squad will be come august also nobody knows Derby's, but I don't think they will be shopping in pounds and where as we won't be shopping in Harrods that's for sure

They have got to be drinking in the last chance saloon with this appointment, if he don't get them up nobody will.
