They plowed a considerable amount in this season and look where that got them.Originally posted by Ramsey is god View PostConfirms they will win the league i would have thought.
If struggling come January, they will plow a load of money back into it.
I was amazed they went down after the purchases they made in January.

Way, way too early to make meaningful predictions for next season until we have an idea what squads clubs will have. Despite the hype, I think it is a massive gamble to have Benitez managing in the Championship, a long, physically tough league, with players technically much weaker than he is used to, is completely out of his comfort zone. it could easily go t*ts up very quickly!

You could be right, it's not always as straight forward as people think, it's a tough division and will be a bit of a shock playing in some of these smaller older grounds on a Tuesday night! I tend to think they will bounce right back up but I wouldn't be shocked if they didn't! I can't wait for the new season to start!Originally posted by easthertsr View PostWay, way too early to make meaningful predictions for next season until we have an idea what squads clubs will have. I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most
