Out of sorts and favour earlier in the season, with reported attitude problems. No sign of those last night. An absolutely spanking penalty and lovely trick to retrieve the ball and a real eagerness to get on with the game. Jimmy's done well with him and I think he will be big for us next season. What a great signing he's proving to be.

Like the way he is always looking to get on the ball. A couple of times last night he tried something and lost the ball, but didnt shy away and wanted it back again.
I suspect he will be the type of player that has one great game then disappears in the next, but certainly one to keep around the starting 11.

Thats because he misses sittersOriginally posted by Jimmy Floyd Rabbit View PostScoring ratio must be fantastic, and don't think I've seen him score a poor goal yet, as goals go.
Missed a couple of tap ins this season (Hull away, wolves at home. Not sure if there are any more). The ones he does score are proper goals

Agreed, the same with Polter, who is proving many doubters wrong. Perch has come on well from a shaky start. Hoilett has really upped his game - all the tackling back he did last night was quite surprising (although out of contract soon so blah blah blah)... Polter, Chery, Smithies, and as you point out, JFH himself. I think people have to Les credit where credit's due.Originally posted by dogsrrs View PostHe is not the only one of our recent signing's Jimmy Floyd has turned around this is why I say JFH is LFs best signing

he also signed Mackie, JET, Konchesksy, Gobern.Originally posted by JJB View PostGive Les credit? He is on a whopping salary and so far in is role I would say the jury is still out on what kind of job he is doing as DOF. This is the same man that hired the PE teacher and we all know what happened there.

I was one of his bigger critics but he's really turned it on this second half of the season. All credit to him, been a wonderful player to watch and long may it continue."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

Yeah I'm still scepticle about LF as DOF but have to hand it to him with regards to his appointing JFH as manager whether it was by accident or design I don't know but I remain doubtful of his signings If JFH hadn't came alongOriginally posted by JJB View PostGive Les credit?
