Honestly, we could say he looks disinterested but I was more disappointed in seeing Gabrielle Angella literally stop moving after he lost the ball outside the box. Smithies was livid. Phillips was poor, but so was everyone behind him.

Nor has Phillips, he's had some poor games but by and large, he manages to be one of our most effective player somehow, 7 goals and 5 assists for us isn't poor at all, especially relative to some of the other efforts we've seen.

We have been playing with 10 men for weeks now and every now again he scores a goal or creates one to paper over how #### he is. His crossing and set piece delivery is a disgrace and I would bench him now as whether he wants to or not he should be gone in the summer as this guy has an attitude that will no longer at QPR.
