I think about 3500 official tickets were sold which they only charged us 19 Euros but was far more English in town and also in the German sections

That sounds really cheap, wonder what we charge?

I'm going tonight, hoping for more of the same. Was just thinking of the long line of proud captains over the years, Bobby Moore, Bryan Robson, Stuart Pearce.... Welcome to that list James Milner :/ oh well.

Be interesting to find out which forwards Roy takes being that Vardy and Kane are givens. He has already said he's taking Rooney which leaves 1 maybe 2 more spots and he does seem to like Wellbeck as well

Think he will take Rooney, Welbeck and Sturridge and then may or may not fit in both Kane and Vardy.

Got to start with Kane and if 100% fit Sturridge or Wellbeck and then Vardy and if Rooney has to play then play him well behind the front two chosen in the Euros

Must admit I was so wrong about Vardy especially when he got the nod to come on against Ireland in Dublin ahead of Austin and what a player he has turned out to be

Think there would rightfully be a National meltdown if Kane & Vardy don't go, can't see Roy looking past his favs of Rooney and Wellbeck and then maybe one more?

Course they will go, but it's a question of whether they'll start.

I think it'll be Rooney, Kane, Vardy and Welbeck going, with Sturridge missing out, which would be the right selections IMO.

I reckon all 5 you mentioned will go in all fairness. Just hope Kane at least gets the nod over Rooney if we play one up top. Love the fact we have depth in attacking areas for the first time in years.

Yea I think Kane is nailed on to start tbf, with Rooney behind him.

Can't see Sturridge missing out unless he gets injured.
