correct Dave, we've missed a couple of chances to expand Loftus Road. Didn't have the money backing us like we've now though

Then add in the school, we could have built a lovely ground, oh well, never mind.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Tf & the board have made a few mistakes in the past but you have really got to admire their vision for the club. Things seem to be falling into place & is an exciting time to be an R'.

                  Car giant

Apologies if already mentioned, but with all this talk now of a new ground on OOC site, where does Car Giant fit in with all of this ,,,,

Do they just own different parts of the site and would not be affected by our so called green light ??

Are they still in the running for their own development ??

Only by going ahead with the new stadium will we ever be anything other than a championship club. Unfortunately the premiership does not have room for stadiums the size of LR.

Not true ,the vast amount of revenue now is through TV money ,attendances dont really matter compared to that

Correct but Jane is right the prem don't want holes like loftus Rd (we like it were fans) to showcase. It's a different game now driven by TV and they want new and shiny

The Board (TF in particular) have made no secret of their desire for a multi purpose venue, which would add significant revenue over and above ticket sales for little old QPR. Yes the TV money is the major player but a multi purpose venue would also generate significant income, just like the O2

I agree, the business model has changed. Just look at Bournemouth.

Hence originally bringing in Phil Beard. The issue is, you bring someone like him in after you get the stadium location guaranteed, he isn't the man to find it and do everything else at the club.
