JFH says club’s mentality must change

“We want to improve match after match and put our foundations down for the way we want to be – the way we need to be. Our mentality, the mentality at the club, the change at the club – we are already starting with that. That is what needs to stream through from the players to the fans.

It’s not going to be there in one week or in two. There’s a lot to be done.”

Yeah, let's get Colin in before he dies and let's not blame the foundations of the club. Hughes, Warnock and Ollie were all woeful......,,,,

Or lets ditch JFH and Les, combine salary / benefits and offer to someone with a track record at this level.

We're really lucky the division has so much dross in it this year.

He's only stating what we've all stated for years now...and still he gets slated. Joke fans.

Strangely enough Harry spoke critically about the way things we're being run, more so early on in his tenure.

On TF: ' He's had his pants pulled down too many times ' etc.... (on his dealings with agents).

It's JFH's job to create a new culture, but IMO we have got worse, not better.

                  YES!!!!!!

I'd happily have one of the following

                  Aidy Boothroyd
                  Kevin Blackwell
                  Micky Adams
                  Dennis Wise
                  Peter Reid
                  Harry Redknapp
                  Dave Jones

All of them proven at this level and have taken teams to Play Off Finals, FA Cup Finals or better!!!!!!!!!!

Experience is key. Bring one of the above in and the good times will roll for sure!!

Mindless post. You obviously look for someone with a decent track record.

Forget delusions of grandeur, DoFs, new stadia. Spend the money on giving someone control, someone who has the respect of the players.

                      It is not rocket science.
