I don't dislike JFH but I think we'd have had more stability from NW.
Still believe it now, warnock is no shirking violet, if any lies were told about him or against him and he was mugged off the world and his wife would know about.

Believe what you want, but all the signs were that he knew his time was up and subsequent events suggest he had no intention of quitting football.

At this level I would have taken him over JFH any day of the week. That was another no brainer.
He said in his own words he never wanted the job and was here to help out until Dec. What have I missed where he has come out and said he wanted it

But he also said that his management days were over.... the point is that we can only infer what actually happened. IMO the Rotherham appointment adds weight to the theory that the 'never wanted the job' line was spin - since he knew by then which way the wind was blowing.

At the end of the day we are where we are. How we got here, you couldn't make up.

I will never understand why people argue against this.
People choose to make up their own version of what he secretly meant to fit in with slating the club.

Exactly lives in Sheffield on doorstep of Rotherham wife is ill job and location may just have suited circumstances as apposed to being in London hundreds of miles away from his wife

Hey ho people will spin it but until he comes out and says I wanted QPR job and club said no the facts are and they came from horses mouth I don't want the job

don't see how keeping him for the season was short term. Although god only knows what would have happened had if he'd actually got us up....
