I like perch and don't think we need to change that position, and to be honest our defence is probably the best in the division on form over the last ten games isnt it.
It's konch we have to replace for next season though of we want to go up. The rest I'd leave as it is.

he was very poor until he got injured, seems to have come back better first 3 months of the season he looked dire

Think the consistency of the back four has helped all of them but Perch has certainly looked a lot better than he was at the start of the season.

Couple of occasions on Saturday he recovered for Hall when he was beaten superbly.

We are a tough crowd. Sometimes just takes a while for a player to settle.

Like any job you know what you are doing but move somewhere else and have to learn how they do things, click with rest of staff etc.
