He's inconsistent because he doesn't know where he will end up. Look at the end of last season, we had a chance to stay up and what did he do? Became the second highest assister of 2015 in a team that had literally one goal scorer. This season, he's kept feeling like he was going to leave and hasn't been all there. I'd think if his future was settled with a new contract, he'd tear this league (and the league above us) up and do it consistently.
