Pretty clear fans are completely hacked off at home games Van. Atmosphere & vibe tells you all you need to know.

As I said earlier, away I can live with, but I'll never be happy with 1 up front at home when the onus is on us to attack and go at the opposition.

Everyone have a look at the stats tonight, our stats wouldn't look out of place if we were the home team. We had more possession and more shots. 6 corners each. Very much improving

Jimmy has made us difficult to beat, no doubt about it, which is great, now he needs to work on being hard to beat while scoring more. I think we're starting to see signs of him reverting to 4-4-2 with him bringing Washington on the past couple of games, tonight he brought him on earlier than Saturday.
We'll get there, I'm confident of that. I like where we're heading under JFH.

said to the lads around me v wolves what's going on here were the home side! I'd start Washington and polter v Ipswich . Keep the ball on the deck and were beat most teams in this division but we seem to get dragged down to the opposition level with long balls up in the air .bit of fine tuning under Jimmy and I think we could be decent once we start attacking.no time like the present Jimmy!

Polter & CW could be potent.

That was the case irrespective of JFH's arrival. It has been toxic for years now.

Said it for a while now, reckon JFH's target this season was to start the re-buildig process, keep us in the division and then next season go for it.... Agree with everyone about playing 4.4.2 though (especially at home) but think maybe we've just got to be patient. I recon when JFH thinks we're safe we'll start seeing 2 up top as we've alreay started seeing it later on in games, ready for next season.

Nick I agree we will be in better shape under JFH next season but I'm not convinced we be strong enough untill maybe the season after

That will depend on the players and how long we've had them.

For sure it takes time to get rid of players but it takes longer to get rid of attitudes I dont think there's been a totally strong attitude about the players for the last 4 years but the manor in which we surrendered our prem status last season allowed complacency to run through the entire playing staff some of that already had the attitude of so what !

The positive is we are conceding less goals which is a major plus. GOing to forrest and getting a point is a good result imo.

We need to go to 4 4 2 but I think JFH realises we havent got the depth of squad atm to implement it. We need another striker and arguably two wingers or at least 1.

My biggest gripe is this love in with hoilett, he still doesnt create enough. Great at running at players but never puts in a dangerous ball and I think its clear the matty wants the move. So on either wing atm we just dont do enough or whip enough dangerous balls in the box to really put teams away.

I think JFH will sort this its just whether we get the replacements in now or the summer. Happy to see this season out mid table and hopefully push on next season and maybe even flirt with a play off place before really going for it the following season.

Yesterday's draw was a good result, it is some of the other draws that were frustrating. An earlier sub by JFH proved he could do it and made me happier. At the end of the season if he has averaged 1 point per game, this won't be acceptable, but I think with a bit of luck he should be doing a lot better than this. Time will tell

Tbh I know I am in the minority and can see why (Forest unbeaten in 13 now etc) but I think last night was a poor result. Expected us to beat them.

Also, I know building from the back is no bad thing and we aren't easy to be beat atm, but I agree with OP a bit, we really are a boring side to watch atm and I would rather see us set up and go for games. We might lose a couple more games, but we would also win more. Plus much more entertaining.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I'm happy with the work being done... We've lost our goalscorer remember, who in the games we won this season scored the majority of our goals.

It was always going to be a mid-table season and so it should be to get some stability back into the football club. Enough yo-yoing... Next time we go up, we want to stay up and being hard to beat is the base of a good team.

Onwards and upwards in JFH... Don't be a spoilt Rangers fan, we are where we should be.
