Standard transfer window posturing. If he wasn't interested it wouldn't be discussed in the press conferenceComment

Who saw his dig at Warnock while he was speaking aisti. Too.
Austin is a good fit for palace but appeantly they are looking at remy and babacar.Comment

watching Chelsea stroll pass them the other day, the first thought I had was they were desperate for someone like CharlieI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross

Actually cannot believe Pardew has insinuated all his current strikers are better than Austin haha.. Conor Wickham, Dwight Gayle, Chamakh.... Is he sure??? hahaComment

Pardew is for me a bit like Nigel Pearson, don't like him eitherI blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley BowlesComment

Imo Pardew got the top rump with Warnock because he feels Warnock had no right speaking publicly about a deal for Austin wanting to get a deal on the qt before a bidding war might start , NOT interested in C A both him and Palace are each others levelComment

i don't like Pardew much but I think you need to watch the video before judging that he said they were all better than Charlie. It was another sentence.
All of my Palace mates would love Charlie there. Perhaps Pardew has the hump with NW for playing this out in public.Comment

I wouldn't say Gayle is an out and out striker in the Charlie mould and rate him, I'd love him here playing off Polter. Wickham scores 1 in 5 while Chamakh has scored 15 times in 100 odd appearances in England. Both Championship at best and couldn't lace Charlie's boots

Indeed Lyme! It's mind games from Pards IMO to get his strike force firing!I wouldn't say Gayle is an out and out striker in the Charlie mould and rate him, I'd love him here playing off Polter.
