I get that he has to go and sadly that is one of the things that happen in football. But the way the club are stringing this out, is ####ing appalling. Pay him off and give him the fan fair that he ####ing deserves.

Perry Suckling is the head of the academy, I think and Paul Crictchon is the U21 manager so there jobs wouldn't be effected.... I think.

As for Steve Gallen I think there will be no job creation for him.

Perry Suckling and Chris Ramsey's job descriptions sound very similar - so some clarification from the club there wouldn't go amiss.

Paul Crichton is the 1st team goalkeeping coach who was only recruited in August, but now this Gavin Ward arrives today - so again, where does this leave Crichton.

As for Gallen, he's QPR through and through and has been with the club for 18 years...
