Les (for some reason!!!!!!!!!!!) Gave Ramsey the job AND gave him a ####ing 4 year contract (when he would have taken the job on a 1 year contract ),then eventually he sacked him but limited the protential list of successors to black managers ( I'm not racist before everyone starts screaming),the best man for the job was a no brainer,Nigel Pearson but,well you know !!Comment
