I would possibly find a way to play either Fer or Hoillet as a back up/support striker to partner JET or Polter in a 442(1-1) system with Phillips and another on the wings providing crosses into the box (that's what Phillips does best). 4-3-3 is not working or making the best use of certain players ability.
