This for me too, thought Chery looked very sharp and hungry when he came on against Leeds, but then after a good performance was dropped out against Reading.

Hopefully this will be one thing that will change with Jimmy coming in, and that is playing people based on form and actual performances rather than reputation/he's young/he's my pal.

Would be nice to see Luongo given a chance instead of Fer. Think he's got a lot to offer in that position, and certainly has the energy to play a pressing game.

Exactly what I was about to post when I read what you had said... I think Fer is massively overrated and doesn't offer very much 'fer' me... seems far too casual and languid for me...

What Jimmy has said today about Chery I think he will have his chance again tomorrow.
Phillips, Fer, Chery and Austin could be so dangerous if Jimmy can get it working!!

This looks solid -- believe Fer has not shown his old/better form this season. Still like to see Luongo somewhere; reckon the crush of games left this month may yield that chance.

I hope Phillips will be used in his favourite wide right possition. We need crosses and he is very able at doing it.
Regarding Luongo and his situation, I hope he doesn´t want to leave in January. I should believe he wants to play on a regular basis.
