I will treat him like any other manager, will have my full support and see how he does rather than go on reputation. We have tried experienced and in-experienced, young and old. There's is no formula for guaranteed success every appointment from the top to the bottoms of the leagues is a gamble.
Some managers get lucky with the teams they take over i.e. JFH, Monk and some don't i.e. Derry. Only thing I will judge them on is what they do at my club.Comment

For me, one Wembley final in the 5 years of absolute shambles, player exchange, manager exchange, newspaper headlines, player discipline... does not mean we have been 'spoilt rotten'Comment

+A title winning season!! (You keep forgetting this...)
We've had 1 terrible prem year and one not so good season, but we was in the top flight and nearer to your back to back champions league winning seasons.Comment

Agree to some extent but one Wembley final and two promotions in 5 years is far more success than we're used to! I guess its glass half full/empty isn't it....

And most teams for that matter.
Who would you rather be 'West london is Ours'? or even better still what recent 5 year history and present club situation would you rather have. (Im not offering you Burnley or Hull as that would be too easy,
Huddersfield Town or QPR
Charlton or QPR
Leeds or QPR
Fulham or QPR
Wolves or QPR
Forest or QPRComment
